We're recruiting Encore Subs (individuals 50+) to assist understaffed Early Childhood centers in Chaffee County who are in need of trained, qualified substitute teachers.Encore Subs are part of our Early Childhood Service Corps and bring their experience and passion to licensed childcare and preschool centers to support early childhood teachers and students in the classroom.

ECSC will provide the following trainings (at no cost to you) and get matched with licensed home care providers or licensed childcare centers to provide critical support in the classroom:

• Pyramid Plus - 45 hours of training in 18 sessions, 12 days
  • Learn about how to incorporate high quality relationships, environments, supports and interventions into your classroom & program. 

• The Expanding Quality in Infant Toddler Care (EQIT)
  • 48-hour course of training is designed for individuals like you who currently work with or plan to work with infants and toddlers and are interested in improving your knowledge and skills.
